Refund policy
JaydenKnot Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy . You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at helpjaydenknot@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund (processing and handling costs apply). After 48 hours, orders enter production and can no longer be canceled.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under EU consumer law. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to helpjaydenknot@outlook.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale and clearance items
- Custom or personalised products
- Digital products (once delivered)
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Processing time: up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
